Work discipline and work productivity in a company is very important. To achieve high productivity, it needs work discipline. Therefore it is necessary to conduct a scientific study through research on the relationship discipline with productivity, with the formulation of the problem is the relationship between work discipline with employee productivity at the office of state treasury services Langsa. The approach used in this research is correlational approach that want to measure the correlation of variable of work discipline and work productivity. Work discipline is one of the most important factors in improving employee productivity, because with employee work discipline will be able to achieve maximum work productivity. The level of discipline can be measured through adherence to rules that heve been determined by the company and from personal awareness. And individual productivity can be judged by what the individual does in doing his job.

The result of the research shows that there is a significant positif correlation between work discipline and employee work productivity with product moment correlation test with significant 0,965 conclusion there is a significant positive correlation between work discipline with employee work productivity At KPPN LANGSA.
