Without further ado, here is Thermo Burn Review my how I keep my calories per day in check.I keep a simple notepad, yellow pad, in front of my fridge somewhere and every time I got to eat something I write down the calorie intake. I add up calories throughout the day to make sure I don't overdue it, and I just make sure I stick to my calories a day (1200 a day for three months).I started a new weight loss challenge to help me lose weight, and in just two days I lost 5 pounds! All I did was eat 1400 calories a day and exercise for those two days.That's the secret of losing weight! Watch what you eat (counting calories) and exercise! The average person eats 2000 calories a day, and a person with excess weight around 300 pounds, usually has to eat 3000 calories or more to maintain their weight. Now if all you do is switch from eating 3000 calories a day, to eating 1500-2000 calories a day.. guess what? You'll start to lose weight!It's what I did when I was 300+ pounds! I just got tired of living like I was, and decided to try something new and that was 1200 calories a day for three months. It doesn't matter what you eat, just make sure you don't eat more then 1200 calories per day and you exercise 4-5 times a week and you will lose weight. Now because you calorie intake will be lower you'll be forced to shop for better foods with lower calories in them. That's a byproduct of a low calorie diet.Almost all medical professionals would agree to the fact that excess weight would lead to a horde of undesirable diseases and illnesses which can be prevented or at least controlled, by removing some of that excess pounds and fat stored in the body. Being overweight cause one to suffer from the risk of developing dangerous illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes and heart diseases. Reduced weight would result in improved blood circulation, healthier cardiovascular system and lower cholesterol levels. So obviously the best way to improve one's health is to lose some weight immediately if you are currently overweight.
